BrandBird.ai ("BrandBird", "we", "us") is a brand-naming product operated by GJ Marka Yönetimi Pazarlama İletişimi Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (the "Company"), which operates under the Goodjob brand. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Payments are handled by our payment provider. Purchases on BrandBird are processed by iyzico. Your payment-card details are collected and processed by iyzico / its banking partners — BrandBird never sees or stores your full card information. 1. Information we collect

Account data: your email address and authentication details, managed via our authentication provider (Supabase).
Billing data: plan, subscription status and a customer/transaction identifier received from iyzico. We do not receive your full card number.
Content you enter: the briefs, keywords and feedback you provide to generate names. We use these to operate and improve the service.
Technical data: standard logs (IP, browser, timestamps) needed to run and secure the site.

2. How we use it

To provide the naming studio and your account access.
To process your subscription/purchase (via iyzico) and grant the right plan.
To improve name quality (aggregated, de-identified feedback may train our internal naming playbook).
To communicate essential service and billing notices.

3. Sharing

We share data only with the processors that run the service: iyzico (payments), Supabase (accounts/database), Vercel (hosting), and AI/infrastructure providers used to generate names. We do not sell your personal data. We don't serve third-party ads.

4. Retention

We keep account and billing records while your account is active and as required by law (e.g. tax/accounting). You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the Turkish KVKK and the EU GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, and may object to certain processing. To exercise these, contact us below.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; we'll change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you.
