Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with BrandBird.ai. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

How payments work. Purchases are processed by iyzico, our payment provider. Refunds are issued through iyzico back to your original payment method.

1. 14-day refund window

If the Service did not work as described, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or most recent subscription renewal. Because BrandBird is a digital service that produces results immediately, we may decline refunds where there has been substantial usage (for example, many naming projects already generated and exported), except where required by law.

The 14-day window above applies. After substantial use, refunds may be declined except where the law provides otherwise.

4. How to request a refund

Email iletisim@goodjob.com.tr with the email used at purchase and your order number (from your receipt). We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via iyzico and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence (including, where applicable, the Turkish consumer legislation and EU consumer rules).
