Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BrandBird.ai (the "Service"), a brand-naming product operated by GJ Marka Yönetimi Pazarlama İletişimi Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (the "Company"), which operates under the Goodjob brand ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

BrandBird helps you generate brand-name candidates, strategy routes, and preliminary domain and trademark screening. Outputs are creative suggestions to support your own decisions.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase.

3. Plans & billing

• Plans are shown on our pricing page. Founder is a one-time purchase; Studio and Enterprise are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change; changes apply to future billing periods.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, to reverse-engineer or resell it, or to overload/abuse the infrastructure.

5. Intellectual property

• Your inputs and the names you receive: you may freely use the name candidates we generate for you. We do not claim ownership of names you adopt.
• Important — no exclusivity or clearance guarantee: generated names are not checked for full legal availability. Domain and trademark indicators are preliminary screening, not legal advice. Before adopting a name you must perform proper trademark clearance with a qualified professional.
• The platform itself (software, design, methodology) remains our property.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a name is available, registrable, or free of third-party rights, nor that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
